I had a fantastic stay at Grand Esen Hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to main attractions and the tram. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I especially appreciated their quick response when there was an issue with my room, and they immediately found me a new, more comfortable room. The breakfast was also delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for a budget-friendly and enjoyable stay.

The rooms were very small with hardly any space to moove around. bad shower facility with water spreading all around in the bath and shower basin was blocked. Since there is no lift, for elderly persons the hotel will be bad inspite of its good location. But the positive hting about the hotel is it is very well located, staff is very friendly.

Wonderful view, closeness of tram and quay, 15-minutes walk to Topkapi Palace, 5-minutes walk to Galata Bridge
No elevator, very small rooms, no shelf in bathroom, in some rooms no wardrobe

i liked the location only
diid not like the hotel staff as they were very un proffesionals. and the manager promised so many things and he never fulfille any of them. i even asked him to change light bulbs in my room as they were not working and it was dark and he did not do it. the hotel is very very very noisy, the noise is from the people who live in the hotel as the walls and floors are not insulated properly. you can hear your next room people talking as they are standing next to you, every one had the same problim.

We stayed at a hotel in a really convenient location, just a stone's throw from the T1 tram stop, which made getting around the city easy. It was also within walking distance of major tourist attractions, like historic sites and popular restaurants. the breakfast was really good, with a lot of options to choose from and the staff were friendly and helpful.
The hotel lacked some necessary amenities, like enough hanging space and hangers in the cupboard, which was frustrating.

I loved the location of this hotel and I loved the view of the Bosphorus from our room.
Our room was not clean when we got there and there were no towels or blankets on our beds. We called the reception desk several times a day to fix some of the issues we had but the staff were not entirely helpful. This hotel simply did not match the reviews I had previously seen on this site. It was a disappointing end to a wonderful holiday.

The hotel is very conveniently located. But this is only his dignity. The new building not yet completed, but already occupied. Air- conditioning don't working. Change room was impossible. The rooms are very small. Cleaning room was once a time for three nights. The hotel left a very bad impression.
